How it works
Five quick steps to install your mount.
1. Clean the area
Clean the chosen area with the two-step wipes kit included in the box. Any trace of dirt will weaken the bond, so make sure the surface is spotless.
2. Warm the tape
Peel off the protective film and gently warm the 3M™ adhesive to 45–50°C. Use a heat gun or hairdryer.
3. Place the mount
Lightly rest the mount in your chosen position. Once you’re happy, press from the centre out to the edges so it fully conforms to the surface.
4. Wait 24 hours
Allow the adhesive at least 24 hours to set before attaching accessories. During this time, avoid pulling, knocking or putting weight on the mount.
5. Attach your camera
Mount your camera using the included adapters. Add the optional Carbon Fiber Extension Pole for a wider, third-person angle.

The FLEX Mount easily adapts to most shapes. Its flexible design lets you mold it to the curve of helmets, fairings, gas tanks and much more. The silicone base follows every contour, so the 3M adhesive makes full contact with the surface for a strong, secure hold.
