Shipping policy
⏱️ Processing Times:
- Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Colored mounts (colors different than black) are made to order; therefore, processing times may be longer. In some cases, orders may be processed on the same day they are received.
🚚 Delivery Times:
- Delivery timelines vary depending on the method selected by the customer at checkout.
- Please note that all delivery times provided are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
✍️ Order Modifications:
- Once orders have been fulfilled and/or shipped, we are unable to make any changes. To ensure accurate delivery, please verify that your address is entered correctly with all necessary information.
📌 Responsibility for Address Accuracy:
- We cannot accept responsibility for incorrectly delivered shipments resulting from inaccurate address information provided during purchase. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If you need to update your address, please contact us at support@povmounts.com before your order ships.
💔 Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team at support@povmounts.com within 10 days of delivery. We will promptly address and resolve the issue.
✅ Shipping Fees Refund:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. In the event of items being returned due to undeliverable addresses or Customs issues, refunds will be issued for the net price of the items minus the shipping charge upon return.
📦 Responsibility for Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Need assistance with a lost or stolen package? Please email us at support@povmounts.com, providing your order number and full shipping address.
🌍 Extra-EU Shipping:
- Customs and VAT fees may apply to orders from non-EU countries and are not covered by POV Mounts. Customers are responsible for these fees. By placing an order, you agree to pay any applicable customs and VAT fees.
- Failure to pay outstanding Duties & Taxes may result in shipment destruction, making you ineligible for a refund. We cannot guarantee the return of shipments with unpaid Duties & Taxes by local postal services.
