What's this?

Replacement kit containing 3M™ VHB™ 4991F double-sided tape and 3M™ Primer 94 wipes, the same high-performance materials used in our mounts. Ideal to have for reinstalls or replacements, ensuring a secure and stress-free installation every time.

What's included:

  • x2 Strips 5x10cm double-sided 3M™ VHB™ 4991F tape
  • x2 3M™ Primer 94 wipes

How do I use it?

To replace the adhesive on your mount, follow these 5 simple steps:

  1. Remove the old adhesive, using a little heat to make the process easier.
  2. Carefully clean the surface of the mount, making sure to remove any trace of the old primer.
  3. Using the 3M™ Primer 94 wipes, apply an even layer of primer to the area of the mount that will be in contact with the adhesive.
  4. Gently warm up the surface of the 3M™ VHB™ tape with a heat gun or, alternatively, a hair dryer.
  5. Apply the 3M™ VHB™ tape to the mount and press firmly for about 1 minute.
